"ordered to pay a $200 fine and attend a defensive driver class"!!!!!! Why is he not paying for damages to the officers car, and then pay the associated fines for his infraction. I am not a LEO so don't pile on, but wouldn't this also qualify for a couple of infractions up to and including assault, attempted homiside.....Where has the "responsibility for your actions" mentality gone?

That is bogus, I paid $230 for an "illegal" u-turn last week

For $230 I should have at least gotten to run over a cops cruiser
