youre my hero. you braved gunfire from about five firing points to walk all the way down to 100 yd mark to hang your target. im not sure why the rangemaster cussed you out and called you stupid. youre a complete bad ass and are so dedicated to shooting your $4k set up that you paid no regard to your own health and well-being. kudos to you sir, whoever you are.

the thing about it is i had just moved to the pistol lanes from the shotgun area and was loading up my mags when i saw him. my first thought was how did i not hear a cease fire? i thought i was about to get torn into by the rangemaster.

That'd have been my first thought. Did he get ejected from the range, or did they let him stay? Seems to me that that would be an easy call. :dunno:

He probably read about a certain Tier 1 CT unit whose range is run that way.;)

It almost happened a few times at the always crowded indoor range/shop I once worked at when a 79 cent target would fall off it's holder. Morons would get a few steps down range before being noticed.

Must be something in the water out there because the same thing happened on the 50yd line when I was out there early this spring. I also thought I missed the cold range call. The range was packed too. The guys lucky he only got 1/4 way down to the target line till someone yelled for him to get back (one of the guys he came with).

They didn't let guy hang around in my case though, I don't think he would have stayed long after that anyway as quite a few people were giving him grief after the incident.
