to refinish or not?

I have a sig 226 from 95 with lots of holster wear on the slide, I trying to deciede if I want to refinish with duracoat.
Advice/ oppinions wanted

The question is "Do YOU want it to look different?". You obviously notice the finish and if you want it to look better/different then go for it! I have been using the Duracoat products for several years and really like the finish options and the results.

I would not. To me, that gun isn't that good of a candidate for duracoat.
