Timbersmith furniture for AK

Thinking about this Timbersmith furniture for my AK, anyone used Timbersmith furniture, if so are you happy with it? likes, dislikes? I love my AK im just not a big fan of the folding stock that came with it. This is what Im looking at

Unless you need USA parts for 922r compliance, or if you're deathly afraid of refinishing wood, I'd get this: https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/cPath/21_79/products_id/1208. Actually, get two in case you screw one up... you'll still be $$ ahead even after buying stain/sandpaper/etc.

I dont know if the folding stock and plastic pistol grip was for 922r compliance or just a selling point, Ill have to check into that, but I have refinished wood on a few guns before and they all came out pretty good, this looks like a great deal, I will be checking into this. thanks
