    No clue. I would call S&W factory and ask them. I really have not heard of adding thumb safeties to firearms that did not come with one from the factory.

    If the pistol did not come with one initially, then I do not believe that one can be added post-facto.

    *not EASILY added. I suppose that you could notch the frame yourself and put one on there.

    But that begs the question of me... Why?
