    Really depends on what you want to do with it. It would be a terrible conceal carry gun, it's so fat in all dimensions. If you plan on OCing it, size won't make a difference. I'd say its a good range or comp gun, perhaps even duty pistol. It's a decent shooter, but I have seen a frame blow out on one. No injured parties and FN replaced it, for free, and was sent back with extra mags to boot.

    Touch big but still feels good in hand (a lot better than any .45 caliber Glock), smooth shooters, accurate (or seemed to be, shot steel targets with one so didn't have paper to group), and they come back on target well.

    Pretty fun to shoot with a can on it

    I have the FNP-45 which is one of my favorite shooter. It is not an everyday CC firearm it is just to big. It is a great home defense firearm.
