Who do you think would be any better???

Not trying to start something, I just think an establishment guy being booted would be replaced by another establishment guy...

No one is going to make everyone happy.

He's failed to do his job. Time that he gets fired and someone else gets hired. We don't all have to like them, but letting dead beats like Ryan hold onto his seat is just announcing to everyone else in the party that no matter what you do, you're okay by us.

Maybe, just maybe, it is not possible right now to "do the job" that supposed-Republicans want to be done.

Seriously. What is expected of the speaker? Push doomed bills to the Senate? Give votes for doomed bills from the Senate?

I think there's a serious breakdown as to what is possible in that position.

    Gotta start somewhere.

Eventually they'd get down the pecking order to Justin Amash or Thomas Massie. They'd be better.

More often than that they try to slip bills through under suspension of the rules. Who really wants to vote on legislation anyway.

Seriously, now were going after Paul Ryan? We really are in Bizzaro world. Perhaps the Republican Party needs to split between the "purists," and the "realists" factions.

We appear to have effectively accomplished that already.

I loves me a purity tantrum.

We're going to need different names, otherwise it will just be more arguing about who gets which names.

"Team Red" and "Team Other Red" or something like that.
