Therapy Session Today

Seeing as I've felt a little out of sorts of late for some reason , and seeing as it's been a while since I've had some trigger time , I went out and spent an enjoyable and therapeutic day in the country blowing stuff up with a great friend.

Here he is chill-laxing next to the armory.

Here he is taking his new Baby Glock out for a walk for the first time. He was apprehensive when he bought it, but I told him it would be good.

He shot quite well with it even though it was his first time. I let him try out my G23 also, and I showed him some groovy tricks and tips that only Glock gurus and range commandos know...'cuz I'm cool like that.

Sorta.

Here I am tacking up some new targets. I have a fine ass, don't I?

Here I am blasting away with the S&W 39...otherwise known as the "Dog Slayer."

I shot my G23 also, and I did a lot better than last time.

It was fun. I feel better too.

BTW...did y'all notice the knee-high, stand-alone target? It was purpose built by yours truly to simulate attacking dogs.

It's about the only thing my Dad, brothers and me can get together and do besides Thanksgiving and Christmas. We shoot each others guns and laugh and just hang out. We're all getting older
