    We will take a handfull of strawberrys, a pint of Raspberrys, pint of blueberrys & a banana. Put them in 2 bowls, add a cup of vanilla greek yogurt and top it off with whipped cream.

    Absolutely delicious and the whole bowl is only around 300 calories.

    I have some SCUBA stuff to do on Wednesday, so I'll ask around during that. I don't want to push my luck, especially with the guy you'll be having.

    Yeah, the guy the hired him said he's a typical Master Chief....not sure if that's good or bad for the place. :D

    I have all different kinds of fruit in the freezer so breakfast is often vanilla yogurt, whatever fruit I happened to thaw out, some blueberries (frozen or fermented) and some great grains cereal on top of that.
