Kraut of course....I have not had home made Kraut since Gramma passed. Damn, I miss that.

I made 75# of cabbage into kraut last fall...that filled 10 gallons of crock space. This is double that. I think I still have about 3 gallons left in the root cellar and close to a gallon in the fridge. It is so good!
