Local and state is out of money. Been complaining all week.
My thoughts....You budgeted it for the last 10 years, collected the tax, now spend the damn money....oh wait, you spent it elsewhere. Aw gee.

Oh good, so did they forget to budget for February to? The farmers almanac is calling for a big snow at the first of the month! We might as well shut the state down if that happens!

Yeah, it threw a monkey wrench in management's plans. I cannot complain though, I still have a decent job, and they want me to cross train in that store.

Bean soup done. Turkey soup done. Bread baked. Corn muffins ready to go in. Cooked up about a half bushel of butternut squash that weren't fairing too well with the wood stove heating up the building where I had stored them. Now I need to figure out how to fit that in the freezer!

Just waiting on friends that are coming for dinner and thinking a glass of wine is in order!
