Brisket with beer and some other seasonings...it is the BEST recipe I have ever found for it. Just google beer brisket and it comes up on the allrecipe.com site. We are eating before we head off to have adult beverages with our friends tonight and bourbon balls and some of that awesome rum fudge that Caleb shared the recipe for.
