Isn't it though! Lurking around the corner from the beautiful sleeping baby was a mean ole momma who told me I couldn't touch the baby until I had a shower.

All showered now and have a few minutes before my dentist appointment, so now it's time to snuggle.

I love working in outside sales, but when a customer in central or mountain time has a problem, I'm still working.

Yeah, but many of my customer problems (including this one) are self inflicted by the customer.

Told a guy I needed to get him set up as a customer to get him the balance of the information he requested. My acct department sent him the paperwork to get set up.

A week later we had not received the paperwork back. Guy throws a fit that I had not furnished requested info. I reply that we had not gotten back his paperwork. Guy claims to have never recieved it and asks that I resend.

I contact accounting to resend it, but they are closed. I call the guy back to tell him we will send it in the morning and he states they are filling the paperwork out now.

I didn't resend it, so they had to have gotten it the first time and ignored it.

So are ours, but we take care of them anyway. And charge them for it also.
