    That's always a good surprise especially if you dont remember buying it.

    Oh no...we knew we HAD it. We just didn't know it was under my pillow or why it would be there. Especially with no mag in it. I sleep with my firearm of choice next to me. Both of us do actually. I don't need one under my pillow. It was just an odd situation.

    I bet some people actually do keep loaded guns under their pillow, no safety and no holster of course, and someone laying next to them. :n00b:

    I keep mine loaded (the one next to me, not anything under my pillow), but I always have the safety on at night. Fortunately I've never had to use it. There have been a couple nights my dog alerted me to something outside but it always turned out to be something silly like the neighbors coming home really late. One night he went absolutely NUTS and I was certain I would have to shoot someone. Turned out to be a fight across the street....between raccoons :):
