I wish people were more responsible with their dogs. I know things happen that are out of our control sometimes but more often than not it's the owners fault. Drives me insane. I'll be on the lookout on the interwebz

Yeah I'm with you. I know things happen but damn. I've had my dog for 9 years and never lost him. Thank God I have large fenced in backyard.

I really do hope we find the owner(s). They're super friendly dogs. Not nuts about my cats but that's just because the cats run from them.
