My town is a college town as well....we have every food joint you can think of...except for a jack in the box and a Joes crab shack...but I hear we are getting both of those soon.

OK, this is a pet peeve of my... When the H E Double Hockey Sticks did Bloomington become B'town. There is no town in Bloomington.

B-town is a small town about 40 miles east of Bloomington. It's called Brownstown. See it has a town in it's name.

Alright I'm done for now.

I grew up in a town called Boonville...everyone called it either BoonVegas or B-town....never understood either of em. I always just called it "the ville".

Not an IU Grad, but do some business over there. My customers from there call me and ask "when you coming back to B-town?" I though everyone called it that. Now that I think of it, I dated a girl from there back in 2007 and she called it B-town. Wonder what happened to her?????
