I went to Lowe's to look at linoleum for my kitchen. I have it narrowed down to 2 styles, both cost the same so I go to the "service" (I use that term lightly) desk in flooring to try to get some pricing for install etc. The gentleman in question was working on something on the computer and I barely got his attention long enough to get "we start install at "yadda yadda" a sq ft." He didn't ask me if I was ready to set up an appt, nothing.
I would have been happy to wait while he finished what he was doing. Grrr... not happy right now..
