So that's a tattoo that nobody will see unless you go back to 1990 when everybody had black lights?

Might as well get a tattoo on your butt, or no tattoo.

Just draw something on yourself with a sharpie. They come in different colors and everything. Its a lot cheaper, and much less painful.

If you have to have a special light to see it.

Depends, it has a lot of "street language" and such.
Kinda hard to understand unless you're a native speaker, not to mention that they speak really fast too.
But they sometimes also sing in English.Well in Frenglish anyway.
