My grooming salon manager's husband does tattoo's. I do have to pay but I've seen his work on her and it'll be someone I halfway know and my brother said it's a fair price

The biggest thing is making sure they are clean. I will NEVER go to a shop or artist that doesn't open the needles in front of me. I don't care how they say they clean their stuff as I don't trust people when it comes to that.

There are a lot of people who do ink on the side and out of their home who try to just soak needles and do a quick clean of equipment. One party I went to had a guy who was just reaching into a bag for new needles for each person. SCREW THAT!!
