I'm not naive enough to make blanket statements about a broad classification of people, but THESE people are all just rude about everything. Even the people that didn't really complain are still just rude about how they ask for things. Much more of the "me guest, you servant" attitude that we don't often encounter here in the Midwest.

once you said Chicago I knew exactly what you meant. We are only about an hour away from there and many of their folks have left there to live here.
