Man oh man! It has not been my day at all. Especially when it comes to vehicles. When I tried to leave for work this morning, my truck was dead as a doornail. My daughter drove it Saturday and left both dome lights on. It started fine with a jump but wouldn't run right at all and just died if I let off the gas. So after a couple minutes of google-fu, I found out that this is normal on this engine until the battery gets a decent charge. I let it charge for about 15 minutes and it ran fine but I was a half hour late for work. So I get to work and my work van has a flat tire! Great. I borrow one of the old junkers and arrange to get the tire fixed. I swung back by the shop a few hours later to get my work van and now it won't start. Cranks all day but won't fire. Now I'm stuck with the old junker until that gets fixed. I'm about ready to leave work now. I can only imagine what I might find when I get back in my own pickup to try to drive home...
