That was a quick run through on my way out to collect a couple more empty hummingbird feeders. All have now been washed. As soon as the last batch of food cools down, I can put the last three feeders back out.

Bread is baked. Brisket just went in the oven.

Friends dropped hubby's phone off. He left it in their car last night when we got back from Chicago. He is out fixing a chair for them. A neighbor is on his way over with his truck that has a blown intake manifold gasket and somebody else is bringing a four wheeler. That should keep him out of trouble for a few minutes.

1 more thing to accomplish before I start the fire in the pit. I cut up a lot of skids and scrape dimensional lumber today. Lots of brush/limbs etc piled up behind
one of the sheds. All piled up and ready for a match.

    I am a sweaty boy.

Got a new airline put together that will allow me to get both the coils under the fridge, and the air conditioning condenser unit at the same time. Needed a longer line.

Folks have no idea the coil under the fridge even exists. I have cleaned more of those than I can remember. Some too late.

One of the does was protecting her babies from the other one. I've been seeing quite a bit of this lately, but it always makes me laugh when I see it. They look like they are high fiving each other in this shot.

It's just what they do. The goats used to do the same thing. The herd queen/boss would try to take over the other goats' kids. Bossy old *****es...LOL

They may be starting to have heat cycles too as we are moving into more fall like weather...making them a bit hormonal and goofy. They are female after all.

Let me see if I can find the video from the other day where the doe was whacking the other doe's fawn because it was licking the salt block. It looked rather unpleasant for the fawn to say the least.

Oh...and just to change the topic....here is my latest completed project. The grandma loves it so we'll see what her son and his wife say when they see it.
