VA requires it, I guess.
This process has kinda sucked. Of course everything was ready to go, except they forgot to tell me about the termite thingy, but we have been waiting on the VA to send my eligibility certificate. They sure do bend over backwards to help us vets.
Just got an email saying I have to stop by the bank and fill out a VA debt questionnaire.
