I made chili yesterday and then I ended up taking Mom to Red Lobster for endless shrimp. Now we have enough chili to get through the work week.

I know what you mean. Cracker Barrel is one of the few places with dumplings, but they aren't like my people's dumplings.

I was off yesterday. First weekday off on the new job. I get one Tuesday a month off. Went to the doctor, ate Chinese for lunch, did a bit of shopping.
