So, while watching Victory at Sea documentary (WWII), I've learned enemy submariners are dastardly cowards. Our submariners are heroes, paragons of virtue.

I finally got all my pics uploaded, it took awhile as the wife took over 700 pictures....Here are some highlights.

This is the first of 3 or 4 long posts. These are all from a 16 mile hike on Mt. Hood Oregon on 9/03/2016.

First is the Mt Hood hike. There foot bridge there had washed out, so it was a bit of a challenge crossing the stream to get to the falls.

The Wife was fascinated about how the roots of these trees grew around the bolders.

We were at approx the 5k to 6k foot level on this hike. Very little grass grows there, but the ground is covered with this moss.

How are things in the GSF?

Having to pull bullets on a box of 38-40 ammo I made, it's not an easy cartridge to load. Brown truck brought a new mold I'm going to try.
