It is only 2 cubic feet larger than the previous. Just seems to take up a lot more space.

The spouse tripped and fell the other day. It has caused some serious issues and pin in her right shoulder.
Went for X-rays this morning. Nothing broken.
You can see the clavicle is out of position compared to the left one.
Chiro is the next step.
