Oh geeze. The conversation in here has suddenly become silly and no longer warrants my attention. I might be back later.....
Leadeye, I was looking on GB last night at old guns. There is not a lot of availability of 32-20. What's a good caliber to get that I can buy ammo for?
You can't get your innocence back. That's why I stay out of that forum. I want to keep my innocence
NEVAR!You can't get your innocence back.
So many of the 1894 30-30's were modern ones. I need to study more.Looking for a lever gun?
30-30 is the most common and you can find a real Winchester 1894 in that caliber pretty easy on GB.
Wonderfully! Had it out Saturday and Sunday. I've got 122 hours on it already. How's your boat running, KJQ?

I found several nice 1873's, but when I searched for ammo, it was original in brass tins. Not a lot of availability.32-20 is chambered in the 1892 and 1873, brass is available from Starline. It's a no recoil small game cartridge for the most part.
boys took the boat our fishing over the weekend. They had a mouse run across the deck and the hubby caught the biggest fish. a 220# 13 y/o boy. He took it to the shoulder.
