Can a CAFO ordinance be put on the ballot?

We have a very poorly written one that was pushed through last fall. When the Plan Commission voted to rescind it so that a better one could be written, they never even acted on the motion in their meeting. It was on the agenda, and there was a very hushed discussion that nobody in the room could hear...no motion...just an announcement that it would stand.

Hi Red. Cherry pie is my favorite.

Hubby picked a peck of peaches yesterday. If I had felt better today, I guess I could have made something with those. Maybe tomorrow afternoon I will have time and energy to do that. Pie could be good. I will take a few to the neighbor when I see her tomorrow. She loves fresh peaches.
