Well dinner happened sooner than expected. Hubby came in right after I posted that so off to the kitchen it was.

Chicken soup, fresh bread and salad.

I ended up doing breakfast for dinner, it's all I found in the fridge and I didn't want to go back out.
Scrambled eggs over tater tops with crumbled sausage and sausage gravy.....Not the healthiest, but it was tasty...

We usually don't go hungry here. I'm thinking I need to take the rest of the soup to my cousin's house. His wife was recently diagnosed with bone cancer and is not supposed to be on her feet or doing much. Surgery is scheduled for next week. I was thinking I might bake a loaf of bread to go with it and go see her tomorrow.

Feel like I am getting another cold though and it sucks.

Wife was telling me about a new guy at the nursing home today (she has to see all of the new admits). 70 yrs old, has pneumonia bad, hasn't eaten to drank in 5 days. So sick he has given up....Sad...

70 is pretty young too

My dad, 73, just laid all new stone tile down in both bathrooms in his house.
