Sleep studies suck... But getting a good nights sleep once you finally get used to CPAP is amazing!

sleep studies are anything but.

They think they can make a case for me to say I can't work shift work.
Only problem, job description specifically states, "must be able to work shift work, climb ladders, lift 50 pounds".
I've seen guys come in with notes, bam, no longer here.

Sesame chicken sucks btw. I though it was going to be like General Tso's with sesame seeds... Not so much.

Was it bad? Or just bad because you were expecting something else?

I had mine for 3 years before I really gave it a shot. Turns out I can be a bit stubborn.

Make it a priority, even if (gasp!) it means putting off the next pistol until after.

When I was discharged, I weighed 110. I'm not quite there.

You skinny guys still get central apnea though, which is literally like falling asleep and having your brain say "**** it, let 'em die" and stop sending the nerve signal to breathe.

I think they're more worried about the other health aspects.

I have a mild form of apnea. If I sleep on my side I get by OK.
My real issue is pain. Neck/shoulders etc. Wakes me up multiple times in the night.
