Something with breasts tonight. The chicken isn't thawed enough to roast it so I figure I'll carve the breasts out for tonight and use the rest tomorrow. It's a big bird again. The butcher only had 5 pounders.

I hate that. Especially the hands. Am using "O'Keeffe's Working Hands". I'm a believer.
