Indiana made Century 100 in 45-70, this one came from Greenfield, most were made in Evansville. High strength bronze it shoots heavy 500 grain stuff without an issue.

Cats found the chicken head from the stewing hen and left it on the sidewalk.

I had thrown the food scraps out back and the cat went and found the dang thing. The first one I cooked freaked me out when I realized the butcher had packaged and frozen them all with the head and feet still attached, but now I know what to expect when I go to cook one. I have cooked chicken ready to go for tomorrow for a casserole...and lots of good broth to go with it. The extra broth will go in the freezer for later.
