so first thing this morning, I walk in, get clocked in and the assistant manager goes running out to the parking lot to talk to a police officer on the lot. She comes back in, "we got that son of a *****. he's on video, the police are waiting for him to leave. WE GOT HIM!"

Guy comes in everyday, asks for the bathroom key first thing. On his way to the bathroom he grabs what he wants to eat or drink and takes it in with him. This morning the store was empty, she saw him come in on camera and watched him from the back room on camera. Saw him take 2 bottles of tea out of the stock we were sending back to Pepsi. Police waited for him to come out, frisked him down, found the tea AND a crack pipe.
He also has a previous conviction for drugs. SO his simple misdemeanor just turned into a felony
