But I popped a couple after that drive from St Louis yesterday....I70 sucks.

I'm still pretty sore but trying to tough it out with OTC pain killers during the day.

Turning it is never a big problem. It's bouncing up & down like on washboard roads that hurt like hell.
Neck brace is to minimize the bouncing up & down. I only wear it when driving, but take it off in City driving. Makes it hard to turn the head.
