we got lucky when ours went to some foreign country to help the less fortunate that the partner in there was better than he was.

I'm ready to FB my old doctor and ask if I can see him at his house and pay cash. I'm serious...he was the best! Very easy going and down to earth. Not out for every $$$ he could get. I may see Dr. D until he dies or retires. I can't think of anyone else I want to switch to.

I just found out on FB that the neighbors behind us (not the shooter but the one that was trapped in the woods) haven't had power since 7 this morning. His wife said they have jugs of water and are warm enough, but I told her if it isn't back on in the morning they can come over and shower, etc. I wish I had known earlier. I would have had them come over for dinner.
