Got a call about 6pm that Princess needed a cowboy hat and badge for her Sheriff Callie outfit. She cried when they left the store because they couldn't find one. Within 45 minutes of the call, Grandma had got the needed things + a bit at Toys~R~Us.

BRB, dropped my lovely bride off at her Mom's assisted living place earlier and she is ready to come home....Gotta go get her, she just called.

really good day. worked a little over an hour, went to manager training classes, ate lunch then went back and worked another hour or so.

Boss and I had a chat after I got off work and he says there are possibly 2 positions opening close by for an assistant manager and they are looking at me to fill one. I was in shock. Not what I was looking for when I said I'd do the classes. Going to have to really think about this if it opens up for me.

oh and cm, the choker wasn't at work. She came in and had to have help getting back to her car. Went to the ER for a severe pulled muscle in her lower back/leg. maybe she really did choke to hard
