My best buddy lives in Franklin....its not a bad town but if you are like him and work in downtown Indy then its a PITA.

Nope, I work in Carmel :D

For now anyway... I do consulting so I potentially can work anywhere in the city. So I'd be driving a lot regardless.

I used to have a 20 minute drive. I liked it. A little time to listen to the radio without the family bugging me. Now I work at home and never get away from her... all day long, day after day, week after week, year after year....

I'd take shoveling my drive everyday of the week over living in an Apt again.

    As would I!
This is the first time I have ever had to live in an apartment. rite out of HS I rented a house then I bought one..sold it and now live a apt. My wife and I will be house hunting late this year/early next year. gonna find a place where we can live the rest of our lives out and not have to deal with people living above me and beside me.
There is a place for sale rite now that I really want! its a modular home built in 2007..its a trailer but its really nice. it sits on 12 acres with 2 small ponds and a huge pole barn and its in the price range we will be looking at..unfortunately now is not the time we can buy.

Morning everyone! Had a bad night at work, but at least I'm home now! Drive home was kinda slow. Normally a 35-40 min drive, this morning it was an hour. I think the fastest I went was 45. Not cause it was real horrible, just cause I'm one of the people driving a 4x4 that realizes they can't stop any faster than anything else just cause its a 4x4, lol.
