I had to switch to sugar free gum and cokes years ago after going to the dentist and having 5 cavities at one time...

BTW, I brush my teeth at least twice a day and go to the dentist twice a year.

I gotta try that jack3d stuff.

be sure to read the directions. i do 2 scoop with 8oz of water. i highly recommend 1 scoop with 8oz for the first couple times until you get used to it. also it help to drink it on an empty stomach or an hour after you eat. it takes anywhere etween 15-45 minutes before you feel the effects.
