    benadryl does :poop: for me. I sleep very little anyway, so the few hrs I get are important. I can't sleep for more than an hour without waking up to get off my side. :dunno:
    The x-ray tech said I should hear back today, Friday at the very latest.


    Well I hope they are able to help!! I've been there and it is not any fun!! I told my Dr I was terminally tired!! Broken sleep for about 15 years!!

    it isn't the sleep, it's possible arthritis in my hips. since this heat and humidity rolled in I have been hurting non stop. The arthritis is affecting the sleep.
    I'm way to young to be hurting like this and the doc agrees.

    Yep it's the pain here too!! it wakes me up out of a sound sleep and I'm done! I have to get up move around till it settles down some then try and go back to sleep! It sucks!!
