I have no problem using my debit card online. That's what I'd prefer to use. Buy something and the money comes out of my account almost immediately=easy to keep track of and you don't have to worry about the bill coming at the end of the month. I only use the CC to try and build/keep credit.

That's good. As you get older you will see your friends and coworkers who use theirs for more and get in a hole they can't get out of.

My parents recently had about $1500 worth of fraudulent charges on their CC. We got a call within 2 hours of the charges and they fixed it right up.
