yes you are correct .
the bad guys will always have a way to get there weapons , but as long as the people can get and buy firearms , then they can fight them back.

Just so you are aware, they are probably talking about Khyber Pass. I personally would not use anything made there. Most of the stuff I have seen out of Khyber recently is pretty crappy. As in the have not even bothered to take the pipe threads off of the "barrels" for the rifles.

that was a ruger mini 14 with a bull pup stock , they also make one for the 10/22.
