Meh. Apple added that swiping crap to the iPhone recently. They acually managed to **** up the keyboard even worse.

Swiping is much better. You just have to make sure it gives you the word you want

My only problem with swiping is sometimes if I'm swiping too fast my finger doesn't quite hit a letter and I get a different word than I intended. That's a personal fault though, not the keyboard, obviously.

I turn off autocorrect, and don't use speech-to-text, because I spend more time correcting what the phone "thought" I wanted to say than if I had actually just typed it in the first place.

No lie - I've had excellent results with tweeting at their "comcastcares" twitter account. They have people monitoring it all the time, and will DM you to get details of your issue and typically shoot for the quickest, least hassle resolution.

Might be more bearable than the phone call route... which can really vary in result.

I had to go look at my account since I've never been billed for data usage. I guess I do have an allowance of 1024 GB per month. My average monthly usage is about 25 GB. Guess that explains why I've never seen any additional charges!
