Here's it works

Go to the Rep Pyramid Threads and Neg Rep the first 8 people who have posted for the max of -4

My point was that positive or negative rep doesn't accurately describe a person IMO and that I think the whole system should be done away with, but I will participate in Internet Rep Battle.
