Perhaps part of their promotion to "investigator" should be the required wearing of a charger (if you've seen "Man On Fire", you know what a charger is) filled with either an ounce of Symtex and a copper foil strip, or hydrochloric acid.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) removed 747,000 names from the battleground state’s voter rolls within the past 20 months.
