I have had a change of heart. I have plans and they don't involve firearms. You'll have to forgive me if I'm more absent around here for awhile, something else has got my attention currently.
The swoosh of a skirt will do that.
But, it's not supposed to be your skirt.

I finally got around to installing one of the new disconnectors on my SP01C/40 today. With the 13.5# spring and a whole lot of polish, the stock disconnector was giving a 7# pull that was smooth as glass. With the new disconnector installed, the pull is now... 7.5#. Not quite what I was expecting from that one. The profile is significantly different than the factory disconnector, but is a lot thicker than factory. I was expecting to see a thinner profile in the new disconnector and was surprised to see it significantly deeper. Later this evening, I'll compare to the disconnector on the 75B/.40 to see how it compares.

That is not a positive result.
