I am a movie buff and I always like it when I see historically accurate and authentic gun work in film. I am going to post one of my favorites and would love to see some of your alls as well. The neat thing about youtube is that there are alot of these clips out there with these scenes. This is not a "Favorite Gun Movie" thread but a "Most accurate Gun Work" thread although I do imagine there will be quite a bit of overlap.

This is a scene from "Matewan" based on an actual gunfight that took place between striking miners and Felt's Detective Agency detectives in WV during the coal wars.

Being more of a rifle guy. I always liked the gunwork in this scene. Tricks, situational awareness, using others greed against them, proper use of back up guns, Nothing real fancy like some of the above. I always wonder why the bad guys don't just shoot them and be done with it. Ever james bond movie has the bad guy with the hero in a bad way.

Plus the ending like, "To Hell with them fella's buzzards gotta eat same as the worms."
