So, if this is just a test then do we study for it? AND if we fail this test, will there be another? I really think there needs to be a practice test before we have a real test.

AND if this is just a test is there a way to get it off my TV so that I don't have to hear about how it is just a test? (Seriously, my kids were so annoyed by the test of the emergency broadcasting system this week. You would have thought they would rather have had it be a real emergency).
