I'm sorry I work at a fortune 500 company and probably one of the top 10 employers in indiana and I don't understand these words

you mean the first to take the hit
    the first to loose benifits
    the first to loose pay
    the first to get blamed
the first to work over for free

    Thats what you mean Right?

Employees first as in one big group trying to do right in this crazy world.

We have about 2,100 employees, over a billion in sales and about 2 billion in the bank. They/we do some neat things that makes work fun. If you work hard, you are rewarded in many ways. We stress relationships with coworkers, customers and partners.....and I see it every day.

My coworker made a $75,000 mistake two weeks ago and didn't even get written up. It was a learning event for the company. Plus, it created more work for my department to make sure this problem does not exist with other customers........

Considering signing up, looks like they have a lot of information. What are your thoughts having used the site for a while? Worth the $20 they charge now for access? Thanks for any input.

Work just purchased a group membership in this paid site for all of the employees. Thanks new boss!!!! Our company is wanting us to be prepared for whatever. This goes with the employee first mindset at our company.

    Anyone else use it?
