To be fair, the SCOTUS hasn't addressed NDAA yet. Let's wait and see how it rolls out, if it ever does reach them.Isnt it funny they pass and get signed the NDAA, then give us some minor things as this in return?

I believe the lower court decision did overturn his conviction. The Supreme Court simply concurred with the lower court decision. End of appeals process!!!

They will claim he's a suspected terrorist and lock him up indefinately in a military prison. Or just claim hes a terorist so its ok to gps track him
