Summit 3D graphics out of business?

been trying to get in touch with summit 3D graphics for weeks now, finally drove by their place and it was locked up and looks like theyve gone out of business. Still had the sign in the door but looking through the glass, everything has been stripped out. anyone know if they did go out or if they just moved to a new location?
